Privacy and analytics

Veg4me works without analytics consent. If you accept, PostHog helps us understand how the phone and web apps are used.

What analytics may include

  • Login and session activity, pages visited, sections used and time spent.
  • Your postcode and device/client surface (web, WebView or native).
  • Searches, recipe filters and favourites.
  • Goal and note free text, plus vegetable intake and variety responses.

Your choice

Analytics is off unless you explicitly accept. Your choice is stored for up to 365 days on this device and on your Veg4me account when you are signed in. A new device asks again. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not stop login or product features.

You can update your analytics preferences at any time in your Account Settings. Withdrawing consent immediately stops new analytics and clears the browser analytics persistence.

Necessary cookies

Veg4me uses necessary first-party session cookies to keep you signed in. The veg4me_analytics_consent cookie records your analytics choice; it is not used to identify you and lasts for up to 365 days. PostHog analytics storage is not enabled before consent.
